Our eLearning is based on sound adult learning theory and instructional design principles. We conduct a needs analysis, develop performance-based objectives, develop learning components and learning activities, as well as design knowledge checks and other evaluation strategies.

Many of our courses are already designed and can be customized with little time and effort. We can also develop technical training eLearning solutions.

Our gaming eLearning solutions make learning fun. This can be a very effective learning strategy for mandatory training that you provide annually, and for employees who prefer just-in-time learning.

We developed interactive computer based training courses on topics including Reasonable Suspicion: Drug and Alcohol Awareness; EEO & Policy Compliance, and Preventing Whistleblower Retaliation. These courses are interactive and include short video vignettes to keep learner interest and to provide scenario-based learning so that learning is transferred to the job. inSITE also provides computer based games which can be used as refresher courses and add fun to compiiance or techincal CBTs.
